This website is provided and run by Ai Britton, a sole trader, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), registration number: DT27088.
By accessing this website you agree to these following terms:
· Telehealth services provided according to this website will be strictly remote due to Covid-19.
· I have legal obligations to store your data for 8 years in accordance with the British Dietetic Association Guidance for Records and Record Keeping.
· Your consent will be given to us when signing up for services provided by myself.
· I do not hold liable any external weblinks or external information that may be provided on these webpages.
· Any information provided on this website are only for the general population or public and does not act as a replacement for seeing a dietitian.
· Any information provided here may not be duplicated, sold or used in any way. Any accompanying images may also not be used.
· The content of this website may change from time to time when required.
· When paying for my services, you agree to make payment at the time of booking the appointment. (All payments are non-refundable)
If payment is not made on time, you will be required to pay 100% of your appointment fee with or without cancellation of your appointment.
· Any forms or information sent to you as part of the dietetic service must only be used for services provided by me and may not be copied or used for other purposes.
· The website provided can be used in the home and for private use and may be recommended for us by other users in need of this service.

Cancellation policy:
· Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, this can be done so more than 48 hours prior to the booked appointment.
· If you are purchasing a consultation or consultation package, the total fee will be paid at the time of booking. In this case, the appointments can be flexibly rescheduled with 24 hours notice but payments remain non-refundable.
· If you miss any appointment (or are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment leading to a miss) you will be fully charged for the appointment and you will need to book another to ensure you have the correct treatment.
